TREATMENTS CARRIED OUT ON OUTDOOR PRODUCTS

 

 

 

HOT DIP GALVANIZATION: Galvanization performed in accordance to the procedures provided by the UNI EN ISO 1461, duty cycle certificate. Manual removal of zinc burrs.

 

 

 

VARNISHING ON GALVANIZED MATERIAL: powder painting, conforming to the technical characteristics UNI EN ISO 1519, UNI EN ISO 6860, UNI EN ISO 1520, UNI EN ISO 2409.

 

Corrosion resistant conformity with UNI EN ISO 7253. Chrome-free surface treatment. Paints used free from heavy metals.

OUTDOOR WOOD: Water-based paint with woodworm treatment and mold.

 

 

 

STAINLESS STEEL: glass beads peening to remove impurities and uniform surface. Subsequent treatment with protective exterior.
